Evie, Kelly and I took our cameras out for a beautiful walk through Southern Cemetery.
Here are several photos I took. Even in the rain this cemetery is just so surreal. Peace and tranquillity.
The Southern Cemetery (near the Oval, Dunedin, New Zealand) was the first major cemetery to be opened in the city, established in 1857, covers an area of 5.7613 hectares and contains approximately 23,000 burials. The cemetery is divided into denominational portions, landscaped and planted according to the ideology of mid-nineteenth century cemetery design. Check out Wikipedia for more details.
Thanks for visiting, hope you have an amazing day. x
